Calling all parents!

Parents, we’ve got you covered! While you enjoy all the workshops, talks, and market at the Kootenay Wellness Festival, your kids can dive into a world of fun, learning, and play at our Pharatree Learning Centre Kids Zone!

What’s waiting for them?
• Arts & Crafts and STEAM – painting, coloring, origami, button making and more!
• Building Zone – giant LEGO pool, LEGO wall, and tower challenges
• Movement Zone – parachute games, hula hoops, balance beams
• Chill Corner – books, puzzles, and quiet play

It’s a space designed to keep kids engaged, creative, and active — so parents can relax and take part in the festival knowing their little ones are having a blast.

Land acknowledgement

“The Kootenay Wellness Festival would like to acknowledge that we live and work on the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of Sinixt Peoples. We make this acknowledgment to show our respect for the tÉ™mxÊ·ulaÊ”xÊ· (homeland), and Sinixt Nation. It is a privilege to be here and we are mindful of how we carry ourselves today, to demonstrate our intentions to honour this land, water, and all beings. With much gratitude to call this place home, we invite those reading this to explore their own relationship with this beautiful land.”
