Amenities
We want every attendee to feel supported, comfortable, and cared for throughout the weekend. Below is an overview of the resources available onsite to help you navigate the festival with ease
First Aid
Your safety is important to us. A fully trained Medic will be available all weekend at our Sanctuary Tent to provide support to anyone needing medical assistance. In addition, two first-aid–trained volunteers will be present across the festival site to offer extra support as needed.
Sanitation
There are two outhouses and three indoor washrooms accessible to festival attendees.
One of the indoor washrooms is wheelchair accessible.
Water Stations
To help everyone stay hydrated, we offer two drinking water stations:
-
One located outdoors beside the Elixir Bar
-
One located indoors next to the kitchen
Please bring your own reusable bottle or vessel to help minimize waste.
Information & Registration
Our Info/Registration Booth is located at the front of the venue. Here, you can access venue maps, the weekend schedule, and general guidance. Maps and schedules are also posted throughout the grounds so you can easily find your way between offerings.
Rest & Shade
There are several seating areas both inside and around the venue where you can rest, cool down, or take a break from the sun. We also have tented zones offering shaded space, along with a chill area inside the Artist Gallery for quiet moments.
If you prefer time in nature, you’re welcome to take a short walk into the surrounding forest to sit, ground, and recharge.
Healing Zone
Our Healing Space is a calm, tented sanctuary nestled within the forest designed for rest, grounding, and gentle transformation. Throughout the weekend, you can sign up for 30-minute, by-donation sessions with experienced wellness practitioners offering:
- Reiki
- Massage
- Tarot Reading
Bookings can be made at the Info/Registration Booth.
Community Art Mandala
Inside the Gallery Tent, you’ll find our Community Art Mandala, a collective, evolving creation shaped by everyone who feels called to contribute. Throughout the weekend, you’re invited to slow down, choose natural materials, and place them into the mandala as an offering of intention, presence, or prayer.
As the weekend unfolds, the mandala grows and transforms through the hands and hearts of our community.
The Spiritual Recovery Sanctuary
The Spiritual Recovery Sanctuary is a space to ground in and have the kinds of conversations we don’t always get to have. It’s a space for people who have experienced substance use, addiction, or patterns that feel hard to break, to explore what’s really underneath it all from a place of curiosity, awareness, and support. Conversations across all paths of recovery are welcome here, while the core focus is rooted in spiritual psychology and spiritual recovery principles. Curated and facilitated by Laura Flair, Spiritual Psychology Practitioner and Spiritual Recovery & Purpose Coach, this space is deeply informed by both education and lived experience. After navigating out of over 20 years of different levels of addiction herself, and now having a son impacted by addiction, Laura is passionate about creating spaces where people can have honest conversations about recovery, identity, nervous system healing, and purpose. Through nervous system education, belief and identity work, and spiritual recovery principles, this sanctuary is here to support you in reclaiming your power and stepping back into who you truly are at your core.
